原画1点物について/ One-off original work

追加で額装をご希望の場合、別途、額価格・配送予定見込み日数など作品に応じてご連絡いたします。

参考価格：40×50cmの額装はプラス1万円前後になります。

額装はご購入者様から注文確定後、オーダーメイドで発注依頼となりおよそ2～3週間でお届けとなっております。ご指定日がおありの場合は確認いたしますので、ご注文時にご連絡ください。額装発注確定後の変更は致しかねますのでご了承ください。

※作品により既に額装されているものもございます。その場合は、1週間前後でお届けします。

When you request an additional picture frame, we’ll contact you the cost and delivery estimate.

ex. 40×50cm sized frame is approx.10,000 yen.

An order with a bespoke picture frame, the estimate delivery time will be 2-3 weeks. If you have a designated date to meet, please contact us in advance. Please note that once confirmed an order with a frame, we may not able to accept any change.

*There are some works already framed. Those works will be shipped quicker; approx. 1week.

その他、プロダクト（複製品・アパレルなど）について/ Products(reproductions, apparels etc) apart from the originals.

商品の重量、お届け先により料金が異なります。カートに入れてご確認ください。アパレル商品などは受注生産となり、2週間前後のお時間をかけてお届けとなっております。配送見込み日程がメーカーから届きましたらご連絡いたします。ご注文内容の変更は製造開始前であれば色・サイズの変更など一部修正可能ですので、注文ミスなどございましたらお早めにご連絡ください。

関税等：国や地域により異なりますが、通関手数料／関税その他の輸入税などが発生した場合、お客様のご負担となります。お届け時に直接、配送業者にお支払いください。

Shipping cost varies from its weight & desitionation. Please contact first. Our apparels are made on demand that takes extra time approx. 2weeks to ship. Once we hear estimate from our manufacturer, we’ll notify you by mail. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately.

返品・返金ポリシー/ Return or refund policy

原画1点物について/ One-off original work

原画作品の返品・返金は商品の受け取りから1週間以内にご連絡ください。返送作品受け取り状態を確認後、全額返金させていただきます。
返品の送料はお客様負担となりますことご了承ください。※購入者様による不注意で損傷を追った作品の場合は程度により減額させていただきます。

原画など高額な商品を返送される際は、トラッキングできるサービスや配送時に保険をご利用いただくことをお勧めします。

Regarding to the one-off orignal work, we accept return/full-refund with any reason, please contact within a week from your receipt. Once we received the work back in original condition, we offer you a full refund with any reason. The customer is responsible for return delivery cost. *If the work is damaged by the customer, the refund amount will be reduced.

If you are returning original expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

プリントの不都合・破損・不良のある商品に関するあらゆる申請は、商品の受領後30日までに必ず行ってください。返品対応は未使用品に限ります。配送中に紛失した注文に関しては、お届け予定日から30日以内に必ず行ってください。購入者様側の都合による返品は承っておりません。
返品・返金をご希望の際はご注文の証明になる領収書をご提示ください。

返送された商品が弊社に到着しましたら状態確認をさせていただき、メールにて受領の確認メールをさせていただきます。

返品商品の確認が問題なく完了した場合、ご利用いただいた支払い方法により全額返金処理に入らせていただきます。支払い方法により返金にかかる時間が異なる場合がございます。

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

一定の条件下で一部返金となります。

• 新品・未使用の状態ではない商品、損傷・一部破損など弊社の不手際による問題と確認できない場合。
• 商品お届けから30日以上経過してから返送された商品

受け取りがされなかった商品：受け取りがなされない配送は返金の対象外となります。受け取られなかった商品を再度配達を希望される場合の送料は購入者様ご負担になります。

Unclaimed delivery：Shipments that go unclaimed are returned our manufacturer, we can’t offer refund. If the customer request redelivery, the additional delivery fee is required to the customer in advance.
